Following on from you completing the commission form, we work together to lock in the concept, style, mediums, reference photos, mood, and any must‑have details so we’re both picturing the same final portrait.
Payment Confirmed
I provide the quote to you, and payment is made in full before any work begins. No refunds apply once work has commenced due to the customised nature of the artwork.
Portrait Creation
I develop the sketch, refine the likeness, and complete the final artwork in line with the approved brief and my style.
Artwork Delivery
I finish the portrait on your chosen medium (canvas or paper) and send the completed artwork to your nominated address, with any minor final adjustments made before shipping.
