Care Instructions
Important Information
To begin your commission, full payment and a suitable reference photo must be received. After purchase, please send your image for review to hello@kylieyoungco.com.
Some photos may not translate well into a finished artwork, for example, images that are low‑resolution, heavily filtered, poorly lit, cropped, or altered can limit the detail and accuracy I’m able to capture. Because of this, all reference photos must be high‑quality, non‑AI generated, and legally permissible for use. By supplying an image, the buyer confirms they hold the rights and permissions required for its use.
Work will only commence once the reference photo has been approved, and payment received. Please ensure you’re familiar with my style and approach before committing, so your portrait aligns with your expectations.
Due to the customised nature of the product, once the artwork has commenced, no refunds, returns, credit, or exchanges are available for any reason.

The Process
Payment Received
Payment is made in full via the product page above. Please remember that due to the customised nature of the work, no refunds, exchanges, credit or returns will be provided once work has commenced for any reason.
Reference Photo Sent
Once payment is made in full, send through your high quality reference photo to hello@kylieyoungco.com for approval.
Portrait Creation
I develop the sketch, refine the likeness, and complete the final artwork in line with my style. This process can take between 20-50hrs depending on the size and complexity of the work.
Artwork Delivery
Once the portrait is completed, I send the completed artwork to your nominated address.
