Pocket Pawtrait Goal Tracker
Celebrate your pet with a hand‑drawn original ‘Pawtrait.’
Artworks will be a minimalist, custom line drawing created from a favourite photo of your furry friend. Each artwork is illustrated in pen on archival, museum‑grade paper, ensuring your piece stays beautiful for years to come.
Pawtraits are $15 each, and each artwork features one pet per portrait. Until the 31st of August, 20% of every sale will be donated to Love A Greyhound, supporting their rescue and rehoming work.
Upon payment, please email a clear, high resolution image to hello@kylieyoungco.com. Once payment and image/s have been received, I can commence your artwork. Your image is required for me to create your Pocket Pawtrait, please send it through after purchase. Please note, if I have received payment, but no photo by midnight 31 August 2026 AEST, I may not be able to honour your purchase.*
These Pawtraits are intentionally simple, expressive, and timeless. At 15 × 10 cm, they’re perfect for framing, gifting, or displaying as a sweet keepsake of your furry family member.

*RETURNS POLICY
Life happens, I get it, but if the deadline (midnight 31 August 2026 AEST) passes and I still haven’t received your photo OR a request to cancel your purchase, the 20% donation still goes to Love a Greyhound Inc, and the remaining payment becomes a non‑refundable booking and admin fee.
If you change your mind before the deadline (and before sending your photo): Just email me and I’ll happily refund you in full.
If you change your mind after sending your photo: Because Pocket Pawtraits are customised and have a quick turnaround, I’m unable to offer refunds once your image has been submitted.

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To enter, you must follow my Facebook and/or Instagram page (@kylieyoungartist) and purchase a $15 Pocket Pawtrait between now and 31 August 2026 11:59pm AEST.
Each portrait purchased equals one entry. Multiple purchases = multiple entries.
Open to entrants worldwide. Free international shipping applies to the prize portrait only.
2. Photo Requirements
The winner must supply an approved photo within 12 months of the winner announcement. If no suitable photo is provided within this timeframe, the prize is forfeited, and no extensions will be provided.
The portrait prize winner must submit an image that is clear, well-lit, and approved by me before the portrait is created.
If a reference photo is not suitable, I will request an alternative.
I don’t offer ‘you decide’ artwork, as I require a clear photo and subject to work from so I can create the best possible portrait for you.
3. Prize Details
One winner will receive a custom unframed A4 graphite portrait of their choosing, valued at $450, including free worldwide shipping.
4. Draw & Winner Notification
The winner will be randomly drawn within 7 days after the promotion ends.
The winner will be contacted via email and through my social media @kylieyoungartist. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customised nature of the prize; once a photo is submitted and approved, a refund, exchange or change of mind cannot be processed.
6. Use of Artwork & Images
By entering, you agree that the completed portrait may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media posts, examples of work).
You confirm you have permission to use the photo you submit.
7. Fundraising Purpose
All proceeds from Pocket Pawtraits contribute toward the goal of completing 300 portraits to raise funds for the Love a Greyhound Inc.
8. General Conditions
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Entries that do not meet the requirements may be disqualified.
